Movie Bricks

We can't get over these bricks! Nothing pleases us more than when designers bring us new challenges. When production designer Scott Heineman brought us his vacuum formed brick idea, we jumped at the opportunity to do something new and learn a little more about our capabilities. The raw material is white vacuum formed plastic. Scott created a digital file to match the exact brick and grout dimensions. The brick skins were carefully mitred and required little or no pointing. A dirty water age was all that was need to complete the look. This process saved time and created a photograhic finish to the dimensional bricks. The result is better than we could have hoped.
